I would like to attend the ECSVD meeting in Munich on 16th – 18th September 2010
The registration fee includes the scientific sessions, the Postgraduate Course, abstract booklet, coffee, lunch and the congress dinner on Friday evening

Accompanying persons who would like to attend the congress dinner on Friday evening must get additional tickets (€ 60 per person).
The total amount must be transferred to the following account using an EU-Standard-Bank-Transfer Form (and don’t forget to indicate your name on the form!):

When the registration fee (and if applicable the additional tickets fee) is received, you will be sent confirmation of your registration. This will be done by e-mail. Please indicate if you require a faxed receipt.
